When organisations do not have the skills or capacity to manage their own training functions internally, The NE Group can offer a Training Portfolio Management Solution. This involves supporting any organisation with a Training Needs Analysis which identifies training requirements, provides or sources solutions and keeps records of training therefore notifying the business when certificates and training are due for renewal.
The system is designed to manage the bureaucracy of training on behalf of the business.

This can also incorporate training that has been undertaken with other training providers to ensure that the business has a full portfolio of training undertaken plus a full record.
