Edwinstowe House provides 60 managed workspaces/business incubation units with rents from as little as £13.50 per square foot per annum. This includes all services and rates.

For start-up businesses, Edwinstowe House is able to offer smaller units with rents from £12.50 per square foot per annum for the first year. The rent is gradually increased at an agreed rate over an agreed period of time and is fully inclusive of rates and services.

The Reception, as an integral part of the site, provides ‘meet and greet’ facilities for all customers. The light and airy Garden Room, which is adjacent to Reception, provides a relaxed atmosphere for visitors awaiting collection or as an informal meeting area.
