Q: What was the process for you joining The NE Group?

I studied Computing at the University of Central Lancashire, my degree mainly consisted of multimedia and business modules, which left me with a wide range of complementary skills. I really enjoyed my time at University and during that time I had to work several temporary jobs to pay my way through, one of them was an 8 week placement at Edwinstowe House through the STEP programme for an IT training company.

Having previously worked in the building meant I knew some of the staff members at NE, therefore after I finished my degree I contacted the company and asked if there were any opportunities available. After group and individual interviews I was offered a graduate placement working mainly in the ICT department and haven’t looked back since, I have really enjoyed my time so far at NE and look forward to the future with this company.
