My Weekly Update

In my last week at The NE Group I have been working on a number of different projects.  Along with working on the marketing for our newly opened Boston Enterprise Centre I am also supporting in promoting the success of The Newark Beacon.  I am also producing a mid year newsletter for The NE Group which is now in its final stages. I currently manage a varied workload and I am enjoying my responsibilities within the company.

Q:  What did you think about the interview process?

The interview process was very thorough; it was broken down into three stages; a psychometric test, an assessment (in which I was required to do an impromptu presentation and some group work) and finally a formal interview.  The bespoke interview process was entirely relevant to the programme that I was applying for and looking back I can see how it was completely necessary in assessing me as far as was possible before accepting me on to the programme.
