My Weekly Update

My last week at the NE Group has been concerned with the writing up of information relating to the latest NE Group site Sorby House. I have been putting together information for the new centre manager in addition to guidelines which the staff will use to enable them to better understand the companies processes. I have also been involved in the rewriting of company documentation to bring it into line with the latest policies. Finally I have aided the centre management staff at Blackburn House in the setting up of the wedding facilities for the open day which will take place this weekend.

Q:  What did you think about the interview process?

The three fold interview process was an interesting experience. The informal psychometric segment seemed to be quite an effective way of evaluating candidates as it provided a fairly accurate personality profile. The group interview gave the graduates a chance to get to know each other and evaluate their skills as a team. The final segment, the formal interview, gave the process a official and completed feel.
