My Weekly Update

My last week at NE Group has included, amongst general day to day project coordination duties; my first leading of a staff meeting, the structuring and writing of a bid for further funding, successful network/partnership meetings, presenting at the full staff meeting and continued promotional activities. The week has been extremely busy and varied - just the way I like it!

Q: If you could change your current role in any way, what would you do and why?

If I could change anything about my current role it would simply be more time! I seem to be able to identify a wealth of ideas and opportunities but need more time to explore there potential. The main difficulty is being able to maximise the time available to combine and deliver, whilst learning and developing my personal skill set, the highest quality of operational and strategic management.
