A NEW multi-million pound business centre on the outskirts of Boston has begun the next stage of its development with Boston Borough Council handing over the keys to management company The NE Group

The NE Group has been appointed by the Council to run the newly built Boston Enterprise Centre, Venture House on Endeavour Park, Boston, which has created 2,298sq metres of new office space for businesses in the area.

Cllr Gerry Clare, Cabinet Member for the Economy said: "We want to do the best for small businesses in the borough. The Council has attracted the funding and overseen the construction - now we have appointed the NE Group to take the Centre on.

"The NE Group has the right skills to take it onto the next stage, with a track record of success in managing similar centres across England."

Margaret Owen The NE Group said: ""We envisage that Boston Enterprise Centre, Venture House will be a success and will help to bring more business opportunities into the local and surrounding areas. The building fits the needs of new business start ups and The NE Group can provide the necessary support mechanisms to help businesses succeed."
