The Centre for Technology Excellence (CTE) in conjunction with "Smartways" is delighted to be able to offer small to medium sized enterprises (SME's) based in the East Midlands the opportunity to access FilePoint. FilePoint is an innovative data backup solution, designed to ensure that a business can still operate should a disaster happen where ICT equipment is lost, stolen or damaged.
Based at Edwinstowe House and managed by Nottinghamshire Enterprises, the CTE is a project that has been established with funding from East Midlands Development Agency (emda) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The aim of the CTE is to support small to medium sized businesses based in the East Midlands in developing their use of Information Communication Technology (ICT). Matt Bust, CTE Manager said: "We are really excited about FilePoint and are pleased to be able to offer it to businesses throughout the East Midlands. FilePoint is an excellent product which gives businesses peace of mind and enables them to keep their data secure, without any effort on their behalf".
