The regions CTE project are celebrating the fact that since it was established in 2003, this unique project has supported over 900 businesses based across the East Midlands in developing and increasing their use of Information Communication Technology (ICT).

In order to celebrate this achievement, we are hosting a breakfast event on Friday 1st February 2008 at Edwinstowe House, in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.

This event has been designed not only to celebrate the success of the CTE Project, but we have also arranged for a number of business support organisations to be present to provide information on the other services that are available throughout the region.

There is also an opportunity for delegates to attend a short workshop, to give an insight into the types of workshops that we deliver within our 6 month programme and should hopefully provide you with some useful tips when using ICT within your own business. The event should also be an excellent opportunity for networking.

CTE Manager, Matt Bust said: "This is a very exciting project that has enabled us to provide support to over 900 businesses to develop and increase their usage of ICT. We would like to invite people to come along to Edwinstowe House on Friday 1st February 2008 to find out more about the CTE project and the other support services available that could help them to develop their business".

The breakfast meeting will commence at 8.00am and the guest speakers at the event will include Michael Carr, Executive Director of Business Services, East Midlands Developments Agency and Paddy Tipping MP, Sherwood Constituency.

This event will give people the chance to visit the CTE, see the facilities and find out more about the FREE support on offer.
