Redeployment

The NE Group offers a redeployment and recruitment service that runs in conjunction with other partner organisations in the East Midlands.

It helps individuals find alternative employment if they are under threat of redundancy whist aiming to keep skills within the area. Help for individuals includes skills gap analysis, CV writing and confidence building which helps with interview techniques. Assistance for businesses includes help to manage redundancies as well as recruitment.

The NE Group has supported nearly 2500 individuals and 290 businesses since 2008 with 52% of individuals returning to work within three months of being made redundant.
