New funding announced to support training your key staff

Did you know that a new training programme has just been launched that offers key people in small to medium sized businesses in Lincolnshire the chance to obtain recognised, higher level qualifications ...and here’s the best bit... IT’S FREE!

If your business is based in Lincolnshire and employs between 2 and 250 people within any of the following sectors, your staff could be eligible for further training to help develop those skills needed to help your business thrive.

If you operate in:

• Construction
• Digital technologies (including print and design)
• Engineering
• Food manufacturing and technology
• Renewable technologies
• Tourism & hospitality

Your business will be able to access 100% funding towards the costs of training eligible workers to a level 3 or 4 qualification.

The programme offers a free business and training analysis to identify your training priorities with options of how to meet those needs. Typical areas include;

• Team leading, supervisory, management and leadership
• Business improvement techniques
• Sector specific qualifications

Your staff will benefit from an individual training needs analysis from an experienced Training professional which will identify the best course for them to achieve a level 3 or 4 qualification in a field that will directly add value to your business.

The NE Group, in partnership with SkillsReach and supported by Lincolnshire County Council and the European Social Fund (ESF), will deliver training to your staff within their workplace with the aim of continuing its enviable success rates for achievement.
