Conferencing facilities

At both Edwinstowe House and Venture House, The NE Group has a number of modern conferencing rooms offering state of the art facilities. Both venues also have large onsite free car parking available.

Rooms are available to hire from as little as £15 per hour + VAT including an overhead projector, screen and flipchart and vary in size to suit your requirements. Depending on your needs, further equipment can be hired including; laptops, LCD projectors, TVs, DVD players and roaming microphones. Dial up and wireless internet is available along with full IT support if you should need it.

Specialist rooms at Edwinstowe House include video conferencing facilities and SMART board technology – please feel free to book a free tour of our facilities at either venue.

Edwinstowe House also offers a full catering service to delegates from its in house restaurant with food ranging from a simple finger buffet to full meals. Venture House is also able to cater for conferences using our experienced outside caterers with food ranging from biscuits and pastries to full buffets.
